Pair French Art Deco Period Venetian Style Mirrored Glass Pedestals

Included here is a matching pair of Venetian style mirrored glass pedestals dating from the 1920s or 1930s which are believed to originate from France. Each measures 39.5" (100 cm) high. Tops measure 12" by 7.25" (30.5 by 18.4 cm) and the bases measure 12.25" by 7.5" (31.1 by 19.0 cm). There are no visible hallmarks. Each has a tan velvet backing on the rear surface from top to bottom. There are obvious cracks and losses, but each is structurally sound and requires no immediate repair prior to use. These items reside in our client's gallery on the Upper East Side of Manhattan ( New York City ) and may be seen by appointment.
