Pair Vintage Japanese Foil Decorated Table Lamps

Included here is a pair of vintage mid-century table lamps featuring hand-painted foil decoration depicting Geishas, inside hurricane glass frames. Each lamp measures 18.5" high to the shoulder. Each has its original ceramic figural finial. Heights to the top of the finials are 34.5" and 35.5". Foil color is silver. We used flash in all our shots which tend to cast a yellow hue over the image. We corrected the color in most of our shots, but our first image showing the pair does not reflect the accurate silver color of the foil. Metal parts of one neck have been replaced. Each is wired and working and ready for immediate use. There are some nicks and dings to the painted wooden bases, consistent with age. We believe this pair dates from the 1950s to 1960s.
