Set of 4 Portuguese Queen Anne Style Chairs

Included here is a matching set of four (4) antique Portuguese (or possibly Indo-portuguese) mahogany side chairs in the Queen Anne shape. They feature intricately carved, pierced decoration on the center plat, stiles and crestrail. Cabriole legs feature carved knees and end in horse hoof feet. Each measures 45" high, 21" wide and 22" deep. Ready for new upholstery with new padding and muslin in place. All chairs are structurally sound and no repairs are required. No evidence of refinishing and each chair has a warm and old patina. This set resides in Red Bank Nj and may be seen by appointment.
