Louis Xvi Style Chaise Lounge ( Day Bed, Recamier )

This vintage Louis Xvi style recamier is approximately 30 to 40 years old. Measures 75" long, 28" wide and 41" high. Seating are measures 64" long. Lovely design and painted features. Cracks to the decoration but the piece is structurally sound. Upholstery may or may not be original and is in good condition, with very light soiling, no obvious stains and slight fraying to the rolled fringe in a couple places. This day bed would be a fine addition to any neoclassical decor, and is also a good candidate for reupholstery and restoration. This item resides in Red Bank Nj and may be seen by appointment.
