Description:
Two large, black foundry patterns in semi-circle design. Such patterns were pressed in sand into which liquid metal was poured to form the cogs, wheels, valves, steam grates and pipe fittings used in early foundries and factories in America and abroad. No longer in production, most of these gear forms date to early 20th century. One-of-a-kind industrial art for your home or garden. Could also serve as a fireplace screen or unique table base.
