Description:

Circa 1950s large, painted-red metal fire cabinet with glass window was housed in the basement of the Wisconsin State Capitol to store 100-feet of fire hose. The fire system for the Capitol filled with lake water via stand pipes that fed the fire cabinet locations as well as the sprinkler system. Consider for the bath, kitchen or as bar cabinet.
