C1925 Danseuse Indoue Bronze Sculpture By Demetre Chiparus

This original bronze sculpture by Demetre Chiparus is known as Hindu Dancer (Danseuse Indoue) and dates from circa 1925. This parcel-gilt and cold-painted bronze figurine rests upon its original onyx stone pedestal which is signed by the artist along with the foundry name, Etling Paris. The entire piece measures 22.25 by 9.95 by 8.25 inches (56.5 by 23.5 by 21.0 cm). Provenance forwarded upon request.
