Description:
This fabulous antique Japanese rosewood room divider features elaborate carved decoration and mother of pearl inlay. Each panel measures 21.5" wide, 70.25" high and 1" thick. There are no signs of restoration or repair. Carved inserts are missing from the lower sections of the two panels on the left side. Inlay is in excellent condition. We have no information on provenance. This item resides in our client's gallery on the Upper East Side of Manhattan ( New York City ) and may be seen by appointment.
